• Annual Budget is prepared by the Budget Committee and is approved by the Governing Body. The Budget has financial provisions for augmentation of physical and academic infrastructure with support facilities.
• Different committees have been formed by the Principal to look after the utilization of the allotted funds earmarked for physical, academic and support facilities.
• On the basis of the policies framed by the committees administrative approval is sought from the principal.
• Odisha Govt. financial rules are strictly followed for utilization of college/Govt. fund.
• Annual Audit is made by the Director, Local Fund Audit.
